I thought I would never be able to finish

 my senior track season

”I am a senior and I have been on the cross country and track team for the past four years. My senior year, I trained all winter preparing for the senior track season. The first couple of weeks of track practice I would feel sharp pain in my shins and the lower ankle. I noticed even walking would cause pain. I continued to run with the pain. I noticed that I could not press off the balls of my feet to get up on my toes. My coach and trainer suggested different exercises and icing after every run. It seemed to help but noticed the pain would return after a couple of hours. My injury interfered with my ability to participate in the track competitions.

I am now participating with my track team and running more races. I thought I would never be able to finish my senior track season running for my team.”

I truly feel that I have improved in a number of different areas

“Thank you so much for all you have done for me this past summer. I truly feel that I have improved in a number of different areas and I have you to thank for that. Not only did you make the workouts challenging, but you also made them enjoyable. That may be hard to believe considering all the hills, treadmill workouts, and lunge jumps that we were constantly doing, but it actually wasn’t too bad. We knew that we were getting better every day we worked out with you and that made it much easier to bear. Your attention to detail is extremely helpful and I really believe that it has made me a better all-around athlete. Along with that, my ankles have been healthy all summer and I have had zero problems with them, which is a reflection of the balance and strengthening exercises you had us doing. I can actually make it up and down the basketball court without my ankles giving out every other play. Thank you for everything and I look forward to working with you again in the future. Hope to see you at some of our games!”

I could finally shoot and pass normally

“During the middle of our season, I had difficulty with my right quadricep muscle. I couldn’t shoot the ball or pass with decent pace without stinging pain in the area. In the second half of soccer games, it would cramp up and start to hurt, which would slow me down. Just after my second session seeing Brian Inselman, I already felt better and was able to regain my abilities as a true soccer player. My quad pain was non-existent and I could finally shoot and pass normally. I am so pleased with my results and it was all because of Brian. Thank You!”

They really want to help you and your

athletes to become better and do well

“Amazing! That is the best word to describe Dr. Inselman and Staff. They have been responsible for restoring many athletes’ pursuits of athletic dreams and aspirations. I can say that quite candidly as I have witnessed some amazing things in the short time that I have been referring student-athletes.

Inevitably, during every season an athlete gets injured. They strain something, get a stress fracture, etc. I used to think that the athlete’s season was over or that he/she would have to take long periods of time off to rest the injury. But, in this new era that doesn’t have to be true if you see Dr. Brian and his staff. Let me give you an example:

During the last high school track & field season, I had one of my best sprinters (who was also one of the best in the state) severely strain a muscle in his leg during the most important part of the season – Metro, Districts, & State. Ben was out of commission (or so I was told by others) until I took him to NDPT. Once there Dr. Inselman and his staff created a unique and individual program for Ben that allowed him to run in the District Meet. At the meet, Ben WON the 100 Meter Dash in a time of 10.97 and had one of the fastest qualifying times in the 200. Simply put – AMAZING!

As a high school coach, I’m always looking for a competitive advantage and Dr. Inselman and his Staff provide that for my teams through the innovative and cutting edge programs that they create and deliver. Another thing that I love about them is how genuine the people who work there are. They really want to help you and your athletes to become better and do well. It shows through with their positive attitudes and never say quit determination of how to help. They are always thinking, always asking questions, always looking for ways to get things done. They are doers in this world of talkers.

The best thing I can say about  is that I consider them loyal friends who I can turn to in times of need. Thanks guys!”

I was extremely glad I took his advice

I first worked with Brian after Kona Hawaii Ironman in 2006. After returning from the race I was experiencing an intense symptom in my upper leg and lower back region that left training all but impossible. I was extremely glad I took his advice-after two sessions I was good to go with no lingering effects.

My second experience with Brian occurred after a stair fall while taking the dog out late at night. This fall resulted in knee pain that prohibited running. So far Brian is two for two.  I hope I don’t need his services again but If I do I have all the confidence he will go three of three.”

Brian kept me out of surgery and about 3 – 6 months of rehab

“Towards the end of baseball season last summer, I partially tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and I was set for surgery. My shoulder was giving off so much pain, it was unbearable, I could not lift my arm at all. Brian would run me through tests, to test my shoulder strength and resistance. Then he would run me through strengthening exercises and not just for my shoulder but for my whole body. Basically the benefit has been that Brian kept me out of surgery and about 3 – 6 months of rehab. To me it has been such a gift that I heard about and worked with Brian because he saved me from surgery and I will always be thankful for that.”

Your way of making muscles do the job they are

intended to do is amazing

“We can not thank you enough for all you have done for Russ this year. We truly did not think he would be able to finish out his football season. He has been playing football since he was 8 years old and he has such a passion for the game that he is just ajoy to watch. Your way of making muscles do the job they are intended to do is amazing, painful at first but amazing. Our son keeps saying you made him better so fast, you guys made such a change and did it so he could play his senior year of football. I do not know what his future holds but I am sure his being able to play football this year has made a big difference. Thank you so much for making his dream and our dreams of him playing come true.”

I came here in hopes to improve on many areas that

would help me for the basketball

season, and that is exactly what I got

“I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for me this summer. I came here in hopes to improve on many areas that would help me for the basketball season, and that is exactly what I got. I feel very confident that my quickness, explosiveness, and overall running technique has improved greatly. I know that is going to be very beneficial to me as our season goes underway. I really felt that you had our best interest in mind and you were so accommodating with our schedules. You taught us in way that made us excited to improve and learn. I just appreciate you taking time to train us multiple times a week and I would be more than willing to come back next summer to continue with workouts. I hope you know how much we truly appreciated everything you did for us, you are awesome. Hope to see you around at some games, good luck with everything!”

Brian will shoot you straight and get you over any

obstacle you could climb

“On Friday, September 1, 2006 I was injured in the first quarter of our first football game. I hyper-extended my knee, which caused the bones in my knee to bruise, stretching numerous ligaments, and tearing my medial meniscus. I was on crutches for two weeks and in a brace for another two.  I didn’t make it back quickly, with a weak knee lugging around a hefty brace I didn’t start or play significantly the rest of the season. But basketball season was around the corner and I was anxious to get on the court. I was again disappointed as my speed, agility, and vertical did not improve.

By December I was disgusted with my performance and the fact I was still sitting on the bench. Hearing from a neighbor and a few friends at school, I went to Dr. Brian Inselman.  I worked out one-on-one with Brian twice a week for the next six weeks. Brian understood how bad I wanted to get back and pushed me the whole way. He is not only a highly skilled PT but also great with people. He doesn’t seem like a doctor, more like a coach helping you get better. Because of Brian I am back to where I was before the game. My brace is gone and I am playing basketball like I used to. Brian will shoot you straight and get you over any obstacle you could climb. The service he provides is worth more than any amount of money. He is the best doctor I have ever gotten help from.”
